Within about half a mile, you’ve got Old Town’s mix of coffee shops, boutiques, galleries, and restaurants—places like Scottsdale Stadium, Civic Center Park, and the Old Town Arts District are all right there. The area draws a blend of young professionals, travelers, and long-time locals, so it feels lively during the day but surprisingly calm at night. It’s well-lit, easy to navigate, and you’ll mostly see people out walking dogs, grabbing iced coffee, or heading toward the shops near Scottsdale Fashion Square. It’s one of those neighborhoods where you don’t really need your car unless you want to explore further, and it has that “safe, residential tucked beside the action” vibe that makes it easy to settle into quickly.

You will have access to the entire townhome all to yourself! The pool area, grounds and parking are shared. The main entrance to the townhome is through the back gate, which leads to the patio area and the entrance next to the kitchen and dining room.

Getting around is super easy here, which is one of the perks of staying in this part of Scottsdale. You can walk to a lot of the fun stuff—coffee shops, Old Town restaurants, galleries, parks, and even Scottsdale Stadium are all close enough that you won’t really need to drive unless you want to. Rideshares are quick and reliable, and scooters pop up around Old Town if you like zipping around that way. Parking is stress-free too, with your own covered spots plus plenty of guest parking in the area. Public transit isn’t huge in Scottsdale, but the free Old Town Trolley is actually really handy for getting around the main attractions without the hassle of driving. Overall, it’s one of those neighborhoods where you can mix walking, rideshare, and the trolley and feel like everything is super accessible.
